All charcuterie and cutting boards are handmade in Memphis, Tennessee by Adoette & Ash using various woods sourced from all over the Midwest and Mid-South states. All wood types have variations of color and grain patterns. These are considered characteristics of the wood, are unique to each board, and none look exactly the same.
